  • The Hotel wants to notify that all the guests arriving as of January 1st 2023, the complimentary access to hydrotherapy circuits will be limited over the age of 18 which will be one session per person per stay.
  • All nine of hotel's exceptional restaurants will be going under renovation. This will encompass a complete overhaul, from the guests' areas to the back of the house, aiming to take the culinary experience to unprecedented heights.
  • The second phase will be cover lavish suites of resorts. These improvements will be implemented in different sections throughout the resort and will take place in a slower pace. It has been specially outlined like that to avoid any disruptions to our clients.
  • We are thrilled to share with you the exciting news that the first phase of our transformative journey has been a resounding success.
  • The Environmental Sanitation Tax of a minimum 76 MXN (approx. $5.00 USD) per guest, per night. This amount is not included in your vacation price and will be collected at your hotel. This fee is subject to change at any time without notice by the hotel.

Guests may choose from 10 a la carte and buffet restaurants, a cafe, as well as 24-hour room service.  One a la carte restaurant is exclusively for Hideaway guests.

Unlimited, reservation-free a la carte dining includes a Japanese Teppanyaki and Sushi Bar, an authentic Italian trattoria, Mexican and steak restaurants.  On any day you please, unwind with a mid-afternoon coffee and exquisite dessert at the cafe.
